Cell color runs red (misses the floor) through neutral (at the floor) to blue (clears it); the number is best delivered water in tonnes, "--" is no feasible path at all. The 100-tonne-vehicle facets are entirely dead: the bigger ship never pays for itself. Every closing cell at the commercial floors needs the capture multiplier at 0.75 or better and 800 seconds or better -- the two flight-unproven bets.
